2 oz London Dry Gin
1/2 oz Dry Vermouth
Orange or Angostura Bitters
Olives or lemon twist, for garnish.
Combine gin and vermouth in a shaker filled with cracked ice. Stir with a bar spoon. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Add a dash of bitters. Garnish with olives or a twist of lemon, as desired.

1/2 oz Lime juice
2 oz Vodka
5 oz Ginger beer
3 to 4 Large ice cubes
Fill a Collins glass with ice cubes. Add the juice of one lime (if using a fresh lime, add the juice of one half, then include the hull after it’s been squeezed). Pour in vodka and ginger beer. Stir.

2.5 oz Kentucky bourbon
1.5 t sugar
10 Spearmint sprigs
Seltzer water
Crushed ice
Muddle the spearmint leaves with sugar in the bottom of an old fashioned glass. Add a splash of seltzer water, then fill glass with crushed ice. Pour bourbon over ice, top with more seltzer. Stir.

1 sprig Spearmint
3/4 oz Simple syrup
1 half Lime (squeezed)
1 oz Lime juice
2 oz White rum
3 oz Sparkling water
Cracked or crushed ice
In a mixing glass, muddle (crush gently with a spoon or muddler) the spearmint sprig in the simple syrup. Add lime juice, rum, sparkling water, and half of the squeezed lime. Top with cracked or crushed ice. Stir.
2 oz Blended Whiskey
1/2 oz Sweet vermouth
1/2 oz Dry vermouth
1 dash bitters
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Stir. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.

1 tsp Superfine sugar
Club Soda
Lemon or orange wedge, maraschino cherry (garnish)
In a Collins glass filled 3/4 of the way with cracked ice, add gin, lemon juice, and sugar. Stir, then top with soda, add desired garnish.
